Mass invasion of a country is an act of war.
A government failing to protect a country is an act of treason.
The Constitution is crystal CLEAR and specifically identifies what constitutes treason against the United States and, importantly, limits the offense of treason to only two types of conduct:
(1) “levying war” against the United States; or
(2) “adhering to [the] enemies [of the United States], giving them aid and comfort.”
It’s way past time to enforce #2.
