Ray Epps has not been arrested or charged despite
(1) being caught on tape multiple times encouraging people to enter the Capitol and
(2) despite being a member of the group that breached the fence at the outer perimeter of the Capitol, which set the whole thing in motion. If he was not tied to law enforcement, then WHY has he not been charged?
